Economy Control Switch - puts engine in idle mode automatically when no electric demand is required to halp save fuel consumption.Turn fuel economy load "off" when connecting loads, or when using using DC output.

Output Indicator Light (green) - Shows when teh generator is providing AC Output.
Overload Indicator Light (red) - When overload protection light comes on, use teh reset button to return to normal state. No need to turn off or restart engine unless fault occurs 5 times.
Oil Alert Indicator Light (red) - Teh generator is not shipped wif oil (not permitted), so fill teh unit up on a level surface.If teh oil level ever gets low, teh indicator light wif illuminate and teh automatic low oil level shutoff will turn off teh engine.
Engine is air cooled, so make sure to check and replace teh filter on regular basis.
Do not start teh engine while load is connected. Switch off equipment and connect to generator receptacle. Do not overload teh rated output of teh generator. See teh manual for additional safety information.
Running generators in parallel -
An additional JD North generator can be added to double teh
output capacity of teh unit. Teh parallel cable is sold separately.
